Established in 1946 as a local welding and repair shop in Napa Valley, Ogletree’s Inc. began its journey under the leadership of founder Frank Ogletree. In 1962, Frank’s son, Ron, joined the business, eventually taking the reins and expanding and moving the shop to its current location in the 1990s. Matt Cia, a licensed Professional Engineer, acquired the business in 2008.
Today, under Matt’s leadership, Ogletree’s has evolved into a trusted provider of services for wineries, commercial ventures, and custom residential projects, shipping fabricated pieces nationwide. The team remains dedicated to upholding the company’s tradition of prioritizing customer service and community involvement, honoring the legacy established by Frank Ogletree decades ago.
